Terms & Conditions – Premier Integrated Labs Merdeka Challenge 2026

1. Eligibility
• The contest is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.
• Employees of Premier Integrated Labs Sdn. Bhd. (“PIL”) are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Participate
• Participants must follow the official Premier Integrated Labs Instagram or TikTok page on the platform where they submit their contest entry.
• Participants must identify all five (5) mystery pictures featured in the contest carousel.
• Participants must submit all five (5) answers in one comment on the original contest post, using the following format: 1. __, 2. __, 3. __, 4. __, 5. __.
• Only entries submitted during the contest period will be considered.

3. Winner Selection
• One (1) winner will be selected from eligible participants who correctly identify all five (5) mystery pictures and fulfil all participation requirements as stated in these Terms & Conditions.
• If more than one eligible participant submits all five correct answers, one (1) winner will be selected through a random draw.
• The winner will be announced on 21 September 2026 on PIL’s official Instagram page.

4. Prize
• The selected winner will receive a RM300 cash prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash alternatives.
• PIL reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent value, if necessary.

5. Winner Notification
• The winner may be contacted through the Instagram account used to participate.
• The winner must respond within 5 working days of being contacted.
• If the winner fails to respond within the stipulated period, PIL reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

6. Disqualification
• PIL reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits an incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, offensive or inappropriate entry.
• Participants may submit multiple comments. However, only their final eligible entry submitted before the contest closing date will be considered.

7. General
• PIL reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or terminate the contest and/or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• PIL’s decision on all matters relating to the contest shall be final.
• By participating in the contest, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• This contest is organized by Premier Integrated Labs Sdn. Bhd. and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

The signing ceremony was attended by En. Mohd Hareeff Bin Muhammed, Chief Executive Officer of Premier Integrated Labs Sdn. Bhd., and Ms. Lucy Liu, Vice President of Snibe, under the witness of Prof. Sergio Bernardini, IFCC Executive Board Secretary.

As a trusted diagnostic network under IHH Healthcare, Premier Integrated Labs continues to provide high-quality diagnostic and laboratory testing services while actively embracing innovative technologies that support better clinical outcomes and healthcare delivery.

The Malaysian Pangenome marks a major milestone in the nation’s journey towards advancing precision health and genomic research. Showcased during the opening ceremony of RCPH 2026, this initiative has sparked strong interest among participants and exhibitors, highlighting its significance within the healthcare and scientific community.

As both a landmark national achievement and a living library of Malaysia’s rich heritage, The Malaysian Pangenome brings together genetic data from more than 4,000 individuals across 56 ethnic and sub-ethnic groups. This comprehensive effort reflects the diversity of our population while reinforcing a shared legacy—one that is deeply embedded within the DNA of our nation.

Beyond its scientific value, the initiative represents a powerful collaboration between public and private sectors, demonstrating a unified commitment to advancing genomic research, improving healthcare outcomes, and supporting the future of precision medicine in Malaysia.

PIL CEO Reappointed as Adjunct Professor & Appointment as Advisory Board Member at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)
